We kindly ask our guests to read the terms of use of the agriturismo "Poggio al Turco":
· If the stay is delayed or not started at all, or broken off prematurely, through no fault of the landlord, this does not give rise to any right to a refund of the amount paid.
· Cancellation is possible until 3 weeks before planned stay
· For each booking an advanced payment is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is confirmed.
· Guests are expected to respect the tranquility and privacy of other guests and residents on the premises
· Guests are responsible for keeping the rented accommodation clean and tidy during their stay. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges
· The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him on the estate "Poggio al Turco".
· The landlord declines any responsibility for accidents on the estate "Poggio al Turco".
· The house "Poggio al Turco" has been built with natural materials as far as possible and without the use of chemicals. We therefore ask our guests not to smoke in the apartments.
· Any complaints or concerns regarding the stay should be promptly communicated to the landlord to allow for appropriate action to be taken
